In-House Graphic Designer - Ray White Alliance
Ray White Alliance, formerly known as Ray White Coomera, Pimpama, Upper Coomera, is a new and upcoming agency that was on the hunt for a graphic designer who was able to stick to the brand guidelines while helping the agency find their branding to make their agency unique and their own. Starting from the bottom up, I was able to work on branding and marketing strategies to help their content reach their clients and target audience. Using fresh new ideas and giving me the freedom to combine my digital illustration/ art with my graphic design skills. Bringing them versatile designs and branding that made them stand out from other real estate agencies here on the Gold Coast.
So far, this role has allowed me to branch out my skills and put them into practice. Becoming a multidisciplinary designer working on printed publications, branding, printed media, digital media, digital illustration, social medi a and applying marketing strategies.
As the sole graphic designer, I work closely with the team, ensuring all content is delivered to a high standard and meets the client’s needs while exceeding all expectations.

As seen throughout this page, my work changes and evolves, with some pieces working alongside the brand guidelines and others having more freedom in terms of thinking outside of the box.
Combining my passions for digital illustration to help bring in visual interest toward local competitions and social media tiles. Which helps increase traffic on their social media page and boosts both agent and property marketing across Ray White Alliance.

Agent marketing within Ray White Alliance is endless. From flyers, to drop letters, to letters, coasters, water bottles, magnets, letters, posters... the list goes on.
Similar to digital media, most of the content stays quite simple and follows along the brand guidelines. This mainly occurs in the property marketing where the property/ information is the main focus, avoiding designs that can overwhelm the reader, focusing on typography and layout strategies to optimise the reader experience.
I am also able to draw in my digital illustration skills with any events and competitions, these are seen on the back of letters to advertise any giveaways, events or competitions Ray White Alliance is promoting with the community.

Ray White is an established brand of its own, with it's style guide to follow and consider when designing marketing assets for the agency.
With Ray White Alliance being a new and upcoming agency, I was approached to help create some branding that would compliment and work alongside the current Ray White branding. To help set them apart from their competitors, to make them distinguishable and to help them stand out.
With the colour palette and monogram carefully chosen to express a sense of calmness, money and drive. Working closely with their team to produce a monogram that reflects their company and their values. "An Alliance of the very best agents on the Gold Coast".
